(Didn't pay much attention to the proper light meter reading, but still couldn't help but like the high contrast that occurred as a result.)

I really like this, but I have a question... Why dia de las muertos ladies? I've been seeing a lot of these and I wonder why. Not a malicious inquiry, genuine curiosity! Why do you like them?

Questions are welcome. In my case, it started off as more of an appreciation of my own culture, then later became an element of aesthetic (specifically the make-up) that inspired stories I wanted to be able to capture in stills. Hope that helps!

Thank you! The girl in the foreground is meant to be a sacrificial lamb of sorts and is about to meet her death, but ultimately, it's all up to the eye of the beholder. :]
